The staff was friendly and the place was spotless. Booked superior double room with a good view of the fortress. The location was amazing and lovely - ease of access to Karmelitenkloster. The hotel was in a business area, short walk to the center of town, the famous old bridge, and the Marienberg Fortress.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with great access to the city, shopping, attractions, and food. Everything was within walking distance, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The service provided by the staff was also very good, as they were attentive to detail and ensured that the basic amenities were clean and well-maintained. The rooms, though not very large, were tidy and the ensuite bathrooms were adequate. Additionally, the breakfast offered was much more extensive than expected, making it a pleasant surprise.

The restaurant was outstanding. Also the proximity to all the major sights of the city. It was a very accessible location.

At times the front desk appeared a little overwhelmed. Even so, there was a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent locatioin- beautiful view of the castle and vineyards from the hotel. Right on the river. Very picturesque. In the old town so walking to see the sites was easy.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location by the river and close to the old bridge allows for picturesque walks and beautiful views. The staff are friendly and the rooms, which are equipped with much-needed air conditioning, offer lovely views of the fortress. Additionally, the breakfast spread, with its hot and cold food options, is delicious and satisfying.

No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.

I liked the location of the hotel at the river, it was close to the castle and the city. We had a room without river view and this was not so interesting, the river view is the main asset. The hotel is correct in every aspect.

Car parking is a problem and eat a bit of energy.

Convenient location in the city center. Room was small (writting desk) but clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. They offer private garage/parking (better come early if you have a big car)

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Big bed, big bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. Location just next door to the Marienberg Fortress and the river and city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, with great access to the city, shopping, attractions, and food. The views from the hotel were magnificent, offering a stunning vista of the river and the hilltop fortress. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was wonderful, with attentive and friendly assistance throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were a decent size and kept clean, albeit fairly basic in terms of amenities. this hotel offered a good value for money, considering its prime location and the cleanliness of the rooms.

They gave us an third bed for the child at no extra cost. It is a very friendly hotel in a traditional building with all amenities reasonably to be expected. It transports a long Würzburg tradition and has a nice family feel about it.
